For images, the Media Library displays the file’s width and height in pixels. Some dimensions may appear in red. This indicates that the media does not meet the applicable RCS or WhatsApp media conditions. A media file can still appear in your Media Library even if it is not suitable for a particular messaging channel. Before using media in a message, check that it meets the requirements for your selected channel, including:
  • Supported file formats
  • Maximum file size
  • Image dimensions and aspect ratio, where applicable
Uploading media to the library does not guarantee that it can be used with every messaging channel.
