You can schedule a Kero campaign to send messages at a future date and time instead of sending them immediately. This is useful for planned announcements, event reminders and other communications that need to reach recipients at a particular time. Scheduling uses the same campaign creation process as sending immediately, with a few additional settings.

Before you begin

Make sure you have:
  • A configured messaging Agent.
  • A Kero message template ready to use.
  • Recipients available through a file, Kero Contacts or a configured integration.
  • A future date and time for your campaign.
If you haven’t created a campaign before, see Create Your First Campaign.
