Understanding account ownership

Access to the Billing Account section is restricted to the account owner and any team member who has been granted administrative permissions by a Kero specialist. To request billing access for another team member, the account owner must contact Kero Support.
Only the account owner can access and manage the Billing Account section in Kero.Team members who have been invited to an account will not see this option in their Settings menu.

Working with multiple Kero accounts

Kero supports access to multiple interconnected accounts through a single login. For example, a business operating several branches may have separate Kero accounts for each location. If you’ve been granted access to more than one account, you can switch between them without creating a separate login for each. Your access and permissions depend on the account you’ve selected.

Managing billing

Kero uses Stripe to manage its billing accounts. Once your billing account has been registered, the account owner can view billing details and access the billing portal from Settings → Billing Account. If you haven’t completed billing registration yet, follow our Set up your billing account guide.
Kero billing is separate from payment arrangements required by some messaging providers. For example, WhatsApp Business customers may also need to add a payment method directly in Meta.

Inviting colleagues

You can invite colleagues to access your Kero account using their email addresses. Kero supports invitation management, including sending invitations, resending pending invitations and cancelling invitations that are no longer needed. Once an invitation is accepted, the invited user can access the account according to their assigned permissions.
