The quickest way to block someone from sending SMS messages to you via the kero messaging platform is to reply to the sender’s SMS with the word STOP.

To opt-out from RCS Business Messaging and WhatsApp Business API messages, you can stop unwanted messages by clicking the opt-out link in your RCS or WhatsApp message.

Alternatively, this Stop Unwanted Messages facility enables you to find out who messaged you via our gateway and block the offending customer from messaging you again.

Stop Unwanted Messages

We will show you all recent messages sent to your mobile via our gateway. You can block individual users of ours from messaging you, as well as obtain contact details of the original sender.

To protect the privacy of users we first need to send a code to your mobile to verify your mobile number. After you confirm this code, you will be shown all messages sent to you through our systems for the past 14 days, and the details of the users who sent them.
